The Chilli Difference

• All our decks are made of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum to reduce weight. 
• All of our clamps are secured with oversized M8 bolts which are 33% bigger and stronger than the M6 bolts used by other pro scooter manufacturers.
• All of our wheels are metal cored for extra strength.
• All of our entry level and intermediate scooters(Base, Rocky and Reaper) feature Chromoly T-bars to provide the extra strength necessary to absorb extreme forces as riders learn to perform tricks.
• Our Riders Choice scooters such as the V2 are designed for pro riders and feature aluminum T-bars for reduced weight.
• Chilli's patented Spider compression system comes standard on the intermediate Reaper scooters. As riders progress from intermediate to pro this  allows them to replace the Chromoly Universal HIC T-bar with an SCS aluminum bar without the cost of having to buy a new fork.
• Many of our Chilli pro rider team chose to ride the Reaper.
